To access certain features of the Platform, including placing wagers and making deposits, you must register for a personal account. Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) account with ggfap. You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions: (a) you have completed the identity verification process by submitting valid government-issued identification; (b) your account is in good standing and not subject to any active investigation or restriction; (c) you have met all applicable wagering requirements associated with any bonus or promotion; and (d) the withdrawal amount meets the minimum threshold established by ggfap.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within twenty-four (24) hours, although processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the completion of any required verification procedures. ggfap reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal if ggfap reasonably believes that the request is associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.
Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. ggfap reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals to accounts that differ from the deposit source.
ggfap does not charge transaction fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers (such as banks, e-wallet operators, or cryptocurrency networks) may impose their own fees. You are solely responsible for any such fees charged by third-party providers.
All Players are expected to engage in gaming activities in good faith and in accordance with the rules established for each game. The use of automated systems, bots, scripts, or any other form of artificial assistance to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. ggfap employs sophisticated monitoring systems to detect irregular betting patterns, collusion, chip dumping, and other forms of fraudulent activity.
ggfap reserves the right to void any wagers, withhold winnings, and close accounts if it reasonably suspects that a Player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative conduct. This includes, but is not limited to: exploiting software bugs or errors, engaging in bonus abuse, coordinating wagers with other Players to manipulate outcomes, or using inside information to gain an unfair advantage.

ggfap is committed to complying with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations in the Philippines, including but not limited to the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160), as amended. ggfap maintains a robust Know Your Customer (KYC) program designed to verify the identity of all Players and detect and prevent money laundering, terrorist financing, and other financial crimes.
As part of our KYC process, ggfap may require you to submit the following documents before processing your first withdrawal or at any time thereafter: (a) a valid government-issued photo ID such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or PhilSys national ID; (b) proof of address such as a utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate issued within the last three (3) months; and (c) proof of payment method ownership, such as a screenshot of your GCash or Maya account registered in your name.
ggfap reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities, including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), if we reasonably believe that your account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity. Any funds associated with such activity may be frozen pending investigation.
ggfap collects, processes, and stores your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering an account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
ggfap complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. You have the right to access, correct, update, or request deletion of your personal data held by ggfap, subject to applicable legal requirements. To exercise these rights, please contact our support team.
ggfap reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if ggfap determines, in its sole discretion, that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions; (b) you have provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification; (c) your account has been used in connection with fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; (d) you have become subject to a self-exclusion order or regulatory restriction; or (e) continued operation of your account would expose ggfap to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.
Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deducting any applicable bonuses, voided wagers, or amounts subject to dispute) will be refunded to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, ggfap reserves the right to withhold any bonus funds and associated winnings.
You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Closing your account does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to closure.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Platform, or any transaction conducted through the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute with ggfap informally by contacting our customer support team. ggfap will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably within thirty (30) days of receiving your written notice. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within this period, either party may pursue formal legal remedies.
